Dip or degree in IT admin, MCSE or equivalent 
1-2 years experience
Pastel Evolution knowledge
Office 365
All windows platforms
SQL knowledge a bonus
Active Directory Experience
Virtual server exp
Mikrotik/ Sophos Firewall exp
IP cameras
Tag systems
Helpdesk systems
Knowledge of all forms of connectivity 
Android, Apple and BlackBerry
IT best practices
